Technical services
Our technical services team is responsible for the handling and processing of repair requests and work in progress. This includes emergencies that require urgent action:
- Gas leaks,
- Severe water leaks,
- Central heating defects
- Situations that pose an acute fire hazard,
- Carbon monoxide alarm (Carbon monoxide detector monitoring),
for which you can call us during office hours on +31 (0)348 485185.
All other repair requests can be sent to us via this website, by email ([email protected]) or by post. You cannot request regular repairs by phone.
Our technical services team can be contacted between 8:30am and 10:30am and between 1:15pm and 2:30pm on +31 (0)348 485185. Choose option 1 from the menu that you hear.
